The biggest pro of working for SentinelOne is the support I get from my colleagues and management. I feel valued and seen and that the work I do matters.
Remote work - I can travel the world and work remotely. Digital nomading is a new endeavor and I am 100% supported by my supervisors. They are interested in my journey and supportive of my work/life balance. Because we are a global company, my hours are flexible to be able to meet with colleagues and customers around the globe. This also gives me flexibility to enjoy time outdoors during daylight. Best off all, I am not stuck in an office and can breathe fresh air.
Cons
Working in a hyper-growth company can be challenging with the constant changes as we grow. This includes additions to products, adding new positions as needed, etc. Mostly good changes, but keeping up can be a balancing act.

Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype
Cons
CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
