This is a great company to work for. The management, and employees are task and goal oriented. Outstanding company to start a career in the security industry. Weekly hours are good.

Limited advancement opportunities. Lower end pay scale. Private contracts don't come up as often as I would like. You don't always get the first choice assignments right away.
