Pros
Company is hiring rapidly, so you may be able to grow rapidly in your role/title. People are generally friendly. Mostly good WLB (of course depends on manager). The company is doing well. People team is doing their best to plan events and encourage people to get to know each other. Remote work friendly.
Cons
Growth is rapid, but so is turnover. There is very minimal process, documentation, and defined path for career growth. One cofounder is difficult to work with and known for micromanagement. Minimal high level company strategy; it’s unclear what the priorities are and how we are competing in the market.
