Pros
I used to have good coworkers but most of them are gone now. After working here for so long it did give me super thick skin because it would be hard to find worse.
Cons
Super unhealthy environment. Management would bully and lie constantly. I was there almost 10 years and my pay was awful. I make 11k more per year now that I left. Went several years without any pay increase. Getting laid off was the best day of my life and now that I’m at a healthy company it’s amazing to realize just how messed up PrimeSource/SeniorWell was. New management was just as bad.
