I enjoy working together as part of a team and helping to make a difference in the lives of people we care for.

It would be nice to have more parking.

Some of the best things about Senior Commons is that is has gone through extensive management changes. They were able to free themselves of the "low hanging apples" so to speak and invest in managers that are knowledgeable and want to care and provide for the residents. No place is perfect but thanks to these long overdue and much needed changes, it has become a better place.

Every personal care home will have its pitfalls and bad inspections and those who have negative things to say that have no merit. Every job is what you make of it. If you choose to be a contributor to the downfall than doom is inevitable. You can choose to be a part of the solution and partner toward a better work environment.
