Awesome Community, Poor Management - Registered Dental Assistant Seneca Nation Health System Employee Review

The dental department management is very poor. The dental management treats the dental assistants extremely poorly and expects the most from their extremely underpaid employees. The unit will never be fully staffed and dental assistants are expected to do the jobs of 2-3 people with no appreciation. Management does not offer to help when the office is busy rather they sit in the breakroom while their team struggles to care for the patients. It is obvious to many that management wants the Salamanca location to fail because they favor the Cattaragus location.
