Pros
Lower management and employees are all great. Great people with a decent culture. Fun idea, just not executed properly the last year or so.
Cons
Not a need to have and the layoffs/economy is showing this to be true. Companies aren't buying a gifting platform that is priced like a premium service. Plenty of competitors are undercutting them and resulting in revenue goals being missed quarter after quarter. Upper leadership is clueless. They always seem to be behind on what they should be doing. Never on the same page, constant change, etc. Can't have a successful company if the sales leadership is constantly changing every few months. Literally no growth at all and no proper enablement. It's a dead end job.
