Pros
Sendoso is on a rocketship and there's nothing stopping us now. On a daily basis we have the opportunity to deal with some really complex problems across logistics, interesting data to build out ML/recommendation systems, working on product-led growth initiatives, honing user experience across the platform and much much more. The work itself is really challenging and engaging, but I've also felt really supported and trusted to execute on my responsibilities. The leadership team is really strong and does a great job of steering the ship - eg. we had a big growth quarter in Q2 despite the craziness going on. Despite started during a pandemic, I think the company has done a stellar job of getting myself and other new hires onboarded and integrated. Nothing but positives to report.
