Pros
Growing incredibly quickly in a super interesting market with a ton of room for growth. Every day there are new problems to solve and the team does a great job of maintaining transparency throughout the organization. Management has done an incredible job of building a culture that balances fun, creativity, and hard work.
Cons
As with any high-growth organization, there are often more challenges than there are people to solve them immediately but that comes with the territory.
