Flexible scheduling and good benefits.

For starters, the museum is curated by people completely consumed by their own self interests. Do not let an expansion project fool you, the CEO’s ideas are either outrageously nonsensical or outdated there is no in between. Everybody at the top goes unchecked. The one and only HR representative who constantly “works” from home is no use to anybody. Employees who challenge or even question the status quo will receive a quiet firing. The toxicity has only gotten worse over the years.
