Mid-market is losing people faster than it can bring in.
Benefits are poor compared to most other comparable SaaS companies. Don’t expect an ESPP, home office set-up allowance (was $200 but they dumped that), or anything outside of insurance and 401k. They offer unlimited PTO but no quota relief at all. They used to give us 25% off a months quota once a year when we used PTO to encourage us to take a break, guess what… that’s also gone.
