In Semrush I like that I can work with the new technologies and participate in the different projects related to online marketing. There are no strict rules related to the development processes and it is really up to members of the team to decide what technologies they are going to use and what approach to chose for the development itself.
Also company provides opportunity to visit conferences and studying resources for the employes. I like to study via books, so I can just ask for any new book I would like to read and it will be ordered for me
