      - Trusted to do my job to the best of my ability - Respected by fellow team members and peers - I work on a smaller team in a large division, so there's never a shortage or lapse of information - I have a flexible working environment - My team is located in several different locations, so I have the particular ability to work remotely

      Cons

      - There's always lots to do, but you'll never be bored - There can be lots of meetings at EOQ

      recently joined Semrush, and the experience has been incredibly positive from day one. Leadership is highly communicative and transparent, which sets a great tone for the entire organization. The team gave me such a warm welcome, highlighting the fantastic, supportive company culture here. I am thrilled to be part of the company!
