We are a complete mess now leadership wise. Our CFO is leaving and its probably time for that to happen. FP&A is going on its third leader in a little over a year and who knows how long the next one will last. Accounting went from one of the highest rated departments internally to one with incredibly low morale and two completely toxic leaders at the top who can't inspire, always point fingers, and cause undo stress for everyone else. Its at the point people are quitting and moving back to war torn Russia from Western Europe just to get away from them! Can it get much worse because that is happening. Investor relations now needs a new head meaning our reputation in the investing world is back to ground zero which is not good news for our stock price. It just seems that everyone we hired in the last 12 months or so is overpaid and under-qualified for their position leading everyone to take giant steps back. Our recruiting team needs to find ways to bring in better candidates and not rely on cold searches on linkedin. I am in someways embarrassed to say I am still employed here given our reputation as a such a difficult place to work. I still hold out hope it will get better but don't see the way.
