Pros
I enjoy working at Semrush. I really value the independence I have in delivering my tasks and the trust management shows in my opinions and decisions. It’s been especially meaningful to introduce changes to our processes and see them appreciated and fully implemented.
I’m also grateful for the PTO policy. As a parent of young children, having that kind of work–life balance makes a huge difference. On top of that, the open, honest conversations and the many great people I get to work with and learn from make this a place where I feel supported and motivated.
Cons
In terms of what could be improved, I really do enjoy the flexibility of remote work, but I sometimes miss the energy of being around the team. Having a few more opportunities to meet in person would really help deepen that sense of belonging and make our connections even stronger.
