      Local and Veteran owned, great product

      The COO and CFO is an absolute living nightmare. If you have the misfortune of being interviewed or trained by this individual, run and don't look back. Semper Solaris should know by now that he is a horrible manager, horrible with people and if he really is the COO and CFO, he should be removed immediately. He made my short time there extremely miserable. He is a serious risk to the company's viability and it's only a matter of time before he is the cause of a lawsuit.

      Great work environment. Lead quality is good. Upper management takes care of the people who put an effort in. Work remotely. Great work/life balance.

      Base pay could be higher. We need quantity of leads to be higher.

      Management used to be understanding and relaxed, but ever since the new mgmt, expectations have become unrealistic. It seems like they are trying to squeeze every ounce of value they can out of you

      Extremely undervalued as an employee, we are setting company wide records but not being rewarded for such.
