After the acquisition by Bayer everything changed. The company no longer treated employees well and cared only about targets and metrics. Upper management did not listen to the needs of the ones doing the actual work. The vision became more about how "high tech" the research could be than the importance of the end customer. It was a highly negative environment that caused much stress to employees, and lead to many leaving the company. Processes changed with little to no training with high expectations that often led to the blame game. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience that led to finding a new job. Terrible company culture.
