Very low-trust environment with constant micromanagement. 3. Workload keeps increasing, but performance reviews and recognition never happen. Meanwhile, employees are expected to “self-service” — for example, handling office moves (screens, desk risers) using their own cars. 4. Short-sighted leadership focuses on its own interests more than employees, long term growth and basic humanity.

Can’t think of anything good

Very cheap to employees, 0 employee benefit. No one talking, the office was always quiet, very boring. All you can do there is working, no coffee break allowed. Feels like a robot working for them. Very strict with office hours, you need to clock in and clock out everyday. Too many cons…
