No good deed goes unnoticed at Selling Simplified. Without fail, every single time I go above and beyond what’s expected, management openly recognizes and appreciates it. I also know for a fact that my efforts were the reason the raise I received after my annual review was so generous. Management let me know that I’m on track to be quickly promoted within the company if I keep showing initiative. For me, this is the most important determinant of whether or not I stay with a company.
