This has been one of my favorite work experiences to date. I have worked at the largest Financial institutions and smaller start-ups and Selerity has been one of my favorite experiences thus far. It is a fast paced, dynamic and open air working environment. Team work and collaboration is a key to success here. World-class team on Product and Technology side. Management down to junior staff are all deeply involved with building new products and solutions for clients. Everyone has an equal voice in influencing decisions. Innovation and a passion to succeed are in the DNA of the Selerity. It has been very rewarding and a great learning experience getting to work on unique and innovative projects that are having major impact on the Financial Services sector.

True to the start up community, we all chip in on keeping the communal kitchen clean. On occasion I have had to clean mugs before I can enjoy my first cup of coffee.
