Infrastructure & Work Environment: The infrastructure is severely lacking. There are no laptops provided (desktop-only roles), and the shared cafeteria is in poor condition. For a software role, the lack of modern tools is a significant hurdle.
Micromanagement & Strict Policies: Extreme focus on "desk time." Employees are expected to be at their desks for 8 hours without recognized breaks. There is a strict "1-minute late" policy where salary is deducted for even minor delays, and mobile phone usage is restricted.
