      Pros

      I struggle to find the pro's of working here, I notice the most positive reviews come from back-end roles, so must be nice to be a manager or any role not on the sales phones.

      Cons

      There is literally no room for advancing once your brought on/in as a sales role. I check internal board DAILY looking for anything I would enjoy like Quality Assistance, Help Desk tech support, Training or Team leadership but its all gated behind these Licensed roles. I do not want to get Licensed for something I don't enjoy! - Rude Customers - VERY poor lead generation - Horrible process of qualifying callers before getting them to an agent - NO room for growth within the company - Internal job board is a joke everything is always for the licensed agent roles nothing for help desk or quality.

      Annual bonus based on employee and company performance

      Cons

      Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone. The workload far outweighs the pay.
