lots of time off opportunity during SEP season April-sep but little to no life balance during aep and oep seasons which are about 5 months total.

pay cuts happened 3x in the years I worked here. Thought it was unfair. A lot of unexpected changes can happen as well. KPIs are constantly evaluated. Sometimes felt like we were viewed like machines from their expectations rather than humans.

Annual bonus based on employee and company performance
Cons
Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone.
The workload far outweighs the pay.
