Every company has it ebbs and flows, however it is important to extend opportunities to those who want to elevate their position within the com-pany more consistently.

We make it a point to offer an environment full of rewarding opportunities for growth and recognition. In addition, our seasoned leaders look to foster a culture of support and inclusivity, especially in such a remote environment. We prepare each member of our team by providing exceptional and in-depth training while emphasizing the impact that their efforts have on our customers. We've found this approach is most effective in helping our associates find fulfillment in their roles.
SelectQuote appreciates your transparent feedback, which will help guide our future candidates looking for a worthwhile career. Thank you for the support, and keep up the great work!
The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

Annual bonus based on employee and company performance
Cons
Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone.
The workload far outweighs the pay.
