Pros

Majority of enrollees were great! Paid training with good trainers, bonuses, holiday pay, benefits after 30 days (Health high deductible $200 month).

Cons

Schedule inflexible, mandatory Saturdays and evenings even though queue not busy in those times. In many cases agents sold confused clients on new plans they didn’t understand with no improvement over prior carrier’s coverage. 500 people in training class. Pre employment Health Insurance license cost and time ended up being for 3 months shorter work time than promised for almost everyone. Over hired. Call time goals unrealistic if you said all CMS required elements and SQ requested script.

Pros

Annual bonus based on employee and company performance

Cons

Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone. The workload far outweighs the pay.
