Pros
-company initially is great to work for. -before going public the SelectQuote was an awesome place to work -warm leads (even though they are recycled and generally terrible) -offers hourly plus commission (commission structure changes every other month and they are taking more and more money away from the agents)
Cons
-long hours -poor lead quality -SelectQuote goes out of their way to take money from agents pockets -commission structure changes every 5 minutes -only top tier agents make money -leads are spam calls and generally client is unaware of what is going on when they are transferred to you -management bullies agents and belittles them -they expect you to work a million hours a week but the pay does not equal the effort -if you are not in a top tier it's impossible to climb the ranks and make decent money
