      Pros

      Can be decent money for a season, but not a long time "career" unless you move into management. Ping Pong tables you can use afterwork hours.

      Cons

      The company is trying to sell off, so they are working to adjust numbers to look appealing to a buyer. Longer-tenured employees were offered a small percentage stake in the company upon sale. Recently hired 500+ agents for the Medicare seasonal department, however the opportunities available to them are limited.

      Pros

      Annual bonus based on employee and company performance

      Cons

      Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone. The workload far outweighs the pay.
