I began working for SelectQuote Senior during the 2018 AEP season. I took a huge leap of faith to make the career change and I am thankful every day that I made this decision. To begin, the training program was outstanding and unmatched by any training that I have ever been part of. I have never felt like a number or just another face during my time with SelectQuote. The management team is professional and compassionate, and is really on your side in terms of helping you grow within the company and helping you be successful. There is great work/life balance and the income potential is unbelievable. This company has changed my life. I'm a much happier and much less stressed person than I was before I began this position, and I feel like my work makes a difference. I love my career and I love problem solving and truly helping people! Just as with anything worth doing in life, your results are a direct reflection of what you give of yourself in this position.
