Wanted to give maybe a little bit more feedback on our building and company than a recent reviewer did. We are in a new building less than a year that will rival any local company as one of the best in KC; two incredible break areas with all kinds of comfortable & stylish furniture, approximately 70 50 inch TV's throughout our space always with some sporting event on, an on-site fitness center and currently in construction of an area for a basketball and pickleball courts along with firepits. Should this other individual truly feel that leads are scarce, could be a reason for that; they might just not be very good at their job, which is OK. They should just maybe be honest with themselves and determine if they are a right fit for this role. I have been here for over four years and never had an issue with getting enough leads to work; would say many others are also not hurting for leads as we probably have around 20 - 25 agents who make over $100K a year and would say 75% of our agents make over $80K a year. We have outstanding sales coaches to assist everyone in making sure that they make the most of their sales ability along with an Agent Advisory Board, that is there to ensure that all agents voices have a say to our Middle and Upper Management. Our senior leadership also was aware that our company needed to develop and recognize our future leaders by creating an Emerging Leaders program, that helps those who are interested and selected to work on various projects to help not only their leadership skills but our company in our daily efforts. Not every person can be good at sales but as someone who is good at what I do, would ask this person who truly didn't have good things to say about our company, to honestly look at themselves and if they aren't a good fit for this role & company, to look at finding something else because those leads you are taking and doesn't appear to be closing, I would very much like the opportunity to work with those consumers as I know that I can close them. Our marketing team is growing so much and working to find us all as many leads as they can; to help support our growing number of agents selling here. We have so many groups here to support us in our sales efforts that truly make our job so much easier and profitable than what it was when I started four years ago; really is nice to have these other departments do a lot of the busy work so that I can focus just on selling and not servicing consumers questions all day long. Our organization allows us to have fun at work and there are numerous ways & times where they have activities outside of work that I wish more employees took advantage of this fun and team building opportunities. Words are always easy; just have to be wary of what some will say especially when they don't paint a true picture of who our company is and all of the outstanding attributes that we have for all our employees.
Cons
Would still like to see more options and competitively priced medical benefits; 401K has improved with a higher match but doesn't mean that this should stop there. IT systems are always going to have times where not everything is working correctly but that is with any company and system. Construction on the building can be a bit loud at times but that signifies progress & growth, which we are all very happy for.
