Pros

Training is good, and mostly everyone is there to help you out. Pay is decent.

Cons

Miro managing!!!! The humorous thing is the supervisors say there is no micro managing going on and that they want you to work as your own CEO...this is false, everyone is under constant monitoring, both electronically and physically. Managers walk around like prison guards, it's not a good feeling to have so many people breathing down your neck. Watch Office Space, Select Quotes managers are not far off from the managers in that movie. Compensation plans are a mess and change constantly, if you speak to the veteran agents, they will tell you that over the years their pay has decreased, not because of less sales but because the bigger this company gets the less they care about it's employees, it's typical corporate American. They provide the leads for sales but punish you (CPA) if you don't get a sale from that lead...even if the lead is 100% not eligible for a sale. We are told we all have access to the same leads, this is true in a way, but certain agents have access to them first and the rest get the leftovers.

Pros

Annual bonus based on employee and company performance

Cons

Annual salary is way below national average, especially based on years of experience. They've talked about promoting all QA Analysts to QA Engineer for years (due to the fact we're all fulfilling QA Engineer roles but with the Analyst title and pay), but every year they had a new excuse as to why they couldn't promote everyone. The workload far outweighs the pay.
