Pros
The work environment at SelectOne was always super welcoming. I think people can take the feeling of waking up happy to go to work for granted and that can’t be understated. Leadership is so important in creating that feeling and they always made me feel comfortable, motivated and supported.
Cons
Not a con for me, but the team is small so that may deter some who prefer to be “small fish big pond.”
