      Okay benefits, Some okay people to work with (just some!)

      92% productivity for Therapists is ridiculous; broken contract such as pay raise, overtime, and guaranteed 8 hrs/day; unethical requests; ridiculous RUG categories; beware of the gossiping and the eavesdropping staff

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
