      Pros

      Great Regional who is very actively involved & great staff

      Cons

      The setup of Casamba for productivity, & therapists having to call POAs for approval of services & calling insurance companies. I feel that there should be someone else verifying this, maybe an assistant manager? It can really decrease productivity when therapists are doing this as well.

      Family oriented team, great pay, flexible schedule for students

      Nurses do not help with meal passes, understaffed most of the time.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
