      No take home work, haven't really seen anything else

      Cons

      Poor communication and training, use of time clock which is frequently in accurate, poor PTO, could have better pay rates, unrealistic productivity 92%, seems to care more about money than employees or patients.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
