      You will on your own when you are at Clint location (In short,no pressure from Segula team.) You can gain more knowledge as you are starter. You an opportunity to shift from one company to other.if you are interested.

      Cons

      No Quick response from the HR department. If you didn't update the time sheet online properly ,the Salary would be holded.
