      Awful atmosphere. Bullying. Fraud, gossiping ethos! requesting staff are dishonest with reports to contract funders Unrealistic expectations

      Low pay. No management support. Line manager commits fraud and swept under carpet, External agencies have no trust in work Honestly avoid at all costs
