- Zero work to life balance. If you have a life outside of work, this job may not be for you. You will be expected to be answering emails on your wedding day, honeymoon, any days you take off etc. If you're married, say goodbye to seeing your husband because this agency will take over your life. - There is a hierarchy and they will let you know it - Catty behavior is swept under the rug - If you leave your computer for even 10 mins to pick up lunch, you must announce it to the whole office. Not that it matters because you will still be pinged/expected to answer messages even while on your lunch break. - If a director/senior management has an issue with you for no reason, HR will most likely take their side.
