Pay will always be at least 30% less that the market value, training is not productive, management promotions are NOT from within; otherwise no organic growth or support, inconsistent and poor communications skills, offers additional services to "colleagues" who are "worthy"; company shows more concerns for clients than employees, women-heavy, not much assistance for men pursuing higher positions, high levels of deception, management of the Lockheed Martin Corp hates being questioned about decisions made without consideration for those processing the claims, signs of racism and sexism in some areas
