Pros
The company is generous with vacation days and the dress code is casual.
Cons
The training is inadequate at best. Even once you get through training, questions will be met with 3 different answers. Though you get generous vacation days, you are not allowed to use them unless you can manage to keep your work queue completely "clean" - a nearly impossible task with outrageously high claim loads. In the year that I've worked there, ALL of the team leads were fired or promoted, leaving our department with no seasoned management. We are constantly short-staffed. Management likes to stress our "work-life" balance but it doesn't exist. Overtime is promoted as "optional" but in reality, if you're not working at least 5-10 hours over per week, you won't be able to manage the work load.
