Pros
The pay is good for those who have been there before the last contract, new employees will not get the good pay. Union has protected our pay but other benefits have suffered, less days off, less retirement etc.
Cons
Not enough training, expectations are too high, not enough staff. Poor employee/ employer relationship. Union is poor, benefits are taken away every contract. poor health care options.
