      * Great people to work with * Executive team are largely good people who mean well * Decent work life balance for most of the dev team * Absolutely great place for diversity & inclusion

      Company has difficulty in planning far in advance, often the engineering org is scrambling to changing priorities

      Pros

      SC is super focused on diversity and inclusion and ensuring all employees are welcomed and happy. All management is super approachable and they show daily that they truly care about their employees.

      Cons

      Security Compass is still a smallish company so corporate and product awareness is lower in the market than similar larger firms.
