I love Securitize. I joined about a year ago, and I can honestly say that I work with really smart, and talented people across the board. The leadership team is very kind, and willing to lean in and help in any situation.

Remote is hard but I am grateful to work here.

- top RWA company globally - very smart people - connected to most major players in the crypto ecosystem from defi protocols, exchanges, market makers, custodians - company is growing very quickly - remote first culture

- the vision changes every year or so - management tends to be impatient - lots of competition in the tokenization space starting to show up - tough to make meaningful connections with colleagues if you don’t live in a hub city like New York or Madrid.
