Pros

Stable work all year, paid gas, company vehicle, corporate use credit card

Cons

Company focuses more on customers than technicians, poor dissemination of information, numbers matter more than quality work, training is paid for but is expected to be done on personal unpaid time along with administrative tasks, poor work/life balance, 3 days bereavement and any additional time comes from PTO or vacation

Pros

It’s a job. They pay you to work. They provide a company vehicle, cell phone, and lap top.

Cons

Management gets bored and starts squeezing the service techs and hourly employees. Gets old. They have town hall meetings every year telling us how great they are doing but don’t provide any type of bonus to the hourly employees. Insurance premiums go up more than wages most years. Annual pay increases don’t seem to be linked to your review and rarely beat inflation. They rank you on metrics that you have no control over.
