Pros
Management is down to earth. Culture is strong. Minnesota Nice everywhere. Benefits are outstanding. They really take care of their employees.
Cons
Due to the outstanding benefits, nobody ever leaves the company. that causes a lot of stagnant skills where people don't have a lot of drive to learn new things or sharpen their skills. When someone ambitious new person join, it gets very hard for the person to bring change. But everybody is very nice. You hardly hear someone say "No"
