      Pros

      Pay well. Flexible with schedules and time off. Nothing more to say. Just need to fill in for 20 word minimum. Can't find 20 things to say good.

      Cons

      Horrible culture. Beat people down until they have no self respect left. Spend most of work day defending oneself from the constant backlash. No respect for others. Management and few "key" employees will do anything it takes to make themselves look the best even if this means lying and cheating others. No one works together is a "me" only attitude. No sense of teamwork at all. Training does not exist. Handed laptop first day and told to get to work.

      Pros

      - Great work environment - Flexible - No micromanagement - Room to grow (worked my way up from technician to sales)

      Cons

      Not too much to complain about honestly, we have had a few not so great people come and go throughout the years but most of the staff is 5+ years with SecureWatch24, me personally just hit 10 years. Ive seen some bad reviews on here but I'm sure its the salty ex-employees SecureWatch24 had had to let go.

      Pros

      All of my coworkers and management are well respected and enjoyable to work with. I find a nice balance between work and home and enjoy the work I do in the field. 20+ years in the industry and still find my myself learning new things here.

      Cons

      There are no cons at this time. Most of the negative reviews are from a different time and do not reflect the current state of the company. I can say this because I have been here for over 8 years and and have seen the transitions between management and shift of employees.
