Pros
Great salary, friendly Environment, and if you are a Automotive freak, here is the place to work. They live, breathe, eat, sleep race cars. I am currently employed here.
Cons
If you don't like cars, you are not going to like it. But is a perfect place to work. I don't think they have cons.
