Boss will act like your friend but trust me, he is not. Small office so everyone will know your business regardless of what it is. Management can’t manage, certain rules only apply to a few and not all. Taking time off is a process and they treat time off like it’s a luxury and not time you’ve earned and are owed. They don’t pay for your lunch hour so hours are from 8-445 so a longer day then most jobs. Overall I would not recommend as you can clearly see the cons out way the pros
