Pros
Allowed to work independently and at your own pace. As in any business, goals were set and you were expected to try to meet those goals. In my time with the company, I never saw anyone let go because they did not meet their goal. Manager was always available to help and/or answer questions. Fellow employees were also available to help each other when needed. I had a great experience working with this company, and only left for personal reasons. If you expect to come into work whenever you feel like it, chit chat all day long and not accomplish anything, create drama, and expect accolades for barely doing your job, then this is probably not the place for you. If you expect to come to work and be treated as an adult, allowed to do your job to the best of your ability, use your intelligence and have a sense of accomplishment and good working relationship with your managers and fellow employees, then this is a fabulous place to work. Management was very understanding of life issues and the necessity to deal with those issues.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of any true cons. The work load could be a little heavy at times, but this did not diminish the experience.
