Used to be a great place to work but now a business that continues to over promise and under deliver. I agree with a previous review that the emphasis has been on growth rather than execution. However, the approach to achieving this growth often lacks clarity, with the company frequently repeating the same mistakes without learning from them. This approach creates a heavy reliance on key personnel, leading to a high-pressure, long-hours environment for essential staff which has resulted in a large number of people leaving the business burnt out. In my view, this is largely due to a lack of domain or technical expertise among a few senior decision-makers and other parts of the business who's word is final, resulting in uninformed decisions that have affected the company's ability to follow through on its plans leaving it constantly putting pressure on teams to play catch up.
The company's trajectory is not sustainable and needs a complete reshape of strategy, structure and leadership.
