Pros

The ideal of community support and service was genuine from the employees. People that work(ed) there really care about the impact of fair lending and monetary mobility in that community.

Cons

The last two groups of executives and board members were greedy and lost sight of the mission of the bank. Maybe they never cared in the first place, I don't know. The pay left much to be desired also.

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO PROS OTHER THAN THE FACT YOU'LL HAVE A JOB

Cons

Horrible management who is selfish and only care about themselves, minimum wage pay and there is always a hiring freeze so no raises. They lie about EVERYTHING! The work equipment is beyond old and broken so the working conditions are horrible. No room for advancements, no overtime, no benefits. They won't offer you full time to save money and benefits. You will be overworked and even performing management tasks without proper recognition or compensation. Little respect or concern for employees when it comes to their family or needing time off. The company is messy and full of drama between employees and management. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT WORK HERE!!
